- How is a “location” counted?
- A location is a property, branch, or building you manage keys for. You can move keys between locations without extra charge.
- Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
- Yes. Churches and registered nonprofits qualify for reduced rates — mention it when you reach out and we'll set you up.
- Is my data really append-only?
- Yes. The custody ledger never edits or deletes events; corrections are recorded as new entries. That's what makes the history defensible.
- Can we import our existing key list?
- Absolutely. Onboarding includes importing your current keys, codes, and combinations so you start from where you are.
