Your Privacy Choices
Last updated July 12, 2026
KeyCustody, Inc. does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still exercise the choices below at any time — including submitting a formal opt-out request on the record — and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out for supported categories.
What you can request
Depending on where you live — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or similar U.S. state laws — you may have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so this request confirms your preference on the record.
- Access the personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out under the CPRA.
- Non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised these rights.
How to submit a request
Use the form below, or email privacy@keycustody.iowith "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
